At FeeFeeTV Designs, we take pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order products just for you. Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damaged Items / Incorrect Orders

While we do not accept returns, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at designsbyfeefeetv@gmail.com with the following information:

Your order number

A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not started.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once stitching or preparation begins.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

FeeFeeTV Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for assistance. 

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.
